About Cardinal Maurice Otunga Technical and Vocational College
Cardinal Maurice Otunga Technical and Vocational College is a public Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution established to provide competency-based education and training that equips learners with practical, industry-relevant skills for employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
The college was established under the Government of Kenya TVET framework and officially registered by the relevant national authorities to support skills development and youth empowerment. Since its inception in 2021, the institution has continued to grow steadily, expanding its academic departments, increasing enrolment, and strengthening its capacity to deliver quality technical training. Located in Bungoma County, the college serves learners from across the region and beyond.
